INDICATION

MECHANISM OF ACTION

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

•      Neuropathic pain maintenance: 150mg twice daily (300mg/day)

•      Epilepsy adjunct: 150mg two to three times daily; titrate up to 600mg/day as needed

•      Dose adjustment based on renal function

•      Always follow the dosage prescribed by your neurologist or specialist

SIDE EFFECTS

Common:

•      Dizziness and somnolence

•      Weight gain and increased appetite
