INDICATION

These reactive intermediates disrupt the parasite's energy production and membrane integrity, ultimately leading to its destruction. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
● Radical cure of P. vivax malaria: 15mg (two tablets of 7.5mg) once daily for 14 days, taken with food.
● Pediatric dose: 0.25mg/kg body weight per day for 14 days; always consult a physician before use in children.
● For malaria transmission reduction: a single dose as directed by a healthcare provider.
● Always take with or after meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.
● Complete the full prescribed course even if symptoms improve early.
SIDE EFFECTS
● Nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and loss of appetite.
