NF Triomega 3-6-9 is a comprehensive essential fatty acid supplement providing a balanced blend of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. MECHANISM OF ACTION

Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA from fish oil) reduce triglycerides, decrease platelet aggregation, and have anti-inflammatory effects through inhibition of arachidonic acid pathways. Omega-6 (GLA from evening primrose oil) reduces inflammatory mediators and supports hormonal balance and skin integrity. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
