INDICATION

Livliv Cap is a hepatoprotective supplement used to support liver health in conditions such as fatty liver disease, hepatitis, alcohol-related liver damage, and as adjunctive therapy in drug-induced liver injury. It is also recommended to support liver recovery during and after prolonged medication use.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Silymarin, the active flavonoid complex extracted from Silybum marianum (milk thistle), exerts hepatoprotective effects through multiple mechanisms. It acts as a potent antioxidant, scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation in hepatocyte membranes. It also inhibits the binding of hepatotoxins to liver cell receptors, stimulates RNA polymerase I to accelerate hepatocyte regeneration, and modulates inflammatory cytokines. B vitamins support hepatic metabolic functions and amino acids provide substrates for liver enzyme synthesis and repair.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

•      Adults: 1 to 2 capsules two to three times daily with food

•      For liver support: 1 capsule three times daily after meals

SIDE EFFECTS
