INDICATION:

Kepra 500mg is indicated for monotherapy or adjunctive treatment of partial onset seizures in adults and children from 1 month. This dual action stabilizes neurons and suppresses abnormal electrical discharges, controlling seizure activity without significantly affecting normal brain function.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

●     Adults/adolescents >50kg: 500mg twice daily initially.

●     Titrate up to 1500mg twice daily as needed.

●     Take with or without food.

●     Do not stop abruptly; taper under medical supervision.

●     Dose adjustments for renal impairment.

SIDE EFFECTS:
