INDICATION

Dulan 60mg Cap is the standard maintenance dose of duloxetine for major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain including low back pain and osteoarthritis pain. This is the most studied and recommended therapeutic dose across all approved indications.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

•      Diabetic neuropathic pain: 60mg once daily

•      Take with or without food; swallow whole

•      Do not stop abruptly; taper under medical supervision

SIDE EFFECTS

Common:

•      Nausea, dry mouth, constipation

Less common:
