INDICATION

Dermive Oil Free Moisturizer 100ml is a lightweight, non-comedogenic dermatological moisturizer indicated for daily skin hydration in patients with oily, acne-prone, or combination skin types who require moisturization without the risk of pore blockage or increased sebum production. It is recommended for use during and after acne treatment with drying topical preparations (retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, topical antibiotics), and for general skin care in seborrheic skin types.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

The oil-free moisturizer provides hydration through humectant and water-based emollient agents without traditional oils or occlusive lipids that can clog pores. Humectants such as glycerin, hyaluronic acid, or similar water-attracting molecules draw moisture from the environment and deeper skin layers into the stratum corneum, maintaining hydration without leaving a greasy film or contributing to comedone formation.
