INDICATION

Dermaxil Ultra Lotion 100ml is a dermatological moisturizing and skin care lotion indicated for the management of dry, rough, and sensitive skin conditions. It is used for daily skin moisturization in atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, xerosis, and other dry skin conditions, as well as for general skin care in adults and children to maintain skin hydration, softness, and barrier function.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

The ultra lotion combines emollient, humectant, and occlusive agents to provide comprehensive skin barrier repair and hydration. Emollient lipid components supplement the natural skin lipid barrier, reducing transepidermal water loss. Humectant components attract and bind water within the stratum corneum layers, maintaining hydration throughout the day. Occlusive agents slow water evaporation from the skin surface. Additional soothing ingredients may reduce skin inflammation and irritation associated with dry skin conditions.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

•      Apply a sufficient amount to the affected skin areas once or twice daily

•      Gently massage until absorbed

•      May be applied to face, body, and hands

•      Safe for daily use; always follow your dermatologist's guidance for specific skin conditions

SIDE EFFECTS

Common:

•      Generally, very well tolerated

•      Mild skin oiliness immediately after application

•      Mild erythema in very sensitive skin initially

•      Acneiform eruption in acne-prone individuals
